I would take these types of food to sea to survive. Because I wouldn't have a fridge or freezer I have chosen these foods as they will last for a long time easily:
- Dried meat
- Nuts: almonds, cashews, macadamia
- Crackers
- Dried fruit: peaches, apricot, apples, kiwi fruit, raspberries and strawberry
- Dehydrated meals
- Fresh water
- Weet -bix
- Milk powder
- Powdered eggs
- Soup concentrate
I would take these things because they are not too heavy and lots of them contain protein and nutrients that will fill you up and keep you healthy while you are travelling.
